DeutschFrançaisThe European Union Water Directive was first started in 2000 with the goal of achieving a sustainable European Union water protection and treatment policy focused on river basin management and drinkable water quality. Several other companies, including Volkswagen Group, BP, and Glencore have come forward with initiatives to decrease water consumption while simultaneously lowering pollution runnoff. Certain products lend themselves to inherently high water consumption, like egg protein supplements, while others lend themselves to low water consumption, like the rose toy the overall design is silicone. In this context, the current Water Conference goal is to prepare an overarching blueprint for corporate water governance.
